PRODUCT: Water Quality Inlets

RES provides precast concrete water quality inlets that can be used individually or at the beginning of a treatment train to extend the life of a sandfilter thus reducing associated maintenance costs. This product comes in three sizes, single, double and triple throat. The standard throat lengths are 3’-6”, 7’-0” and 10’-6” respectively. They can also be used in series to increase the throat capacity to accommodate larger flow rates. This product comes with two internal baffle walls which are designed to remove sediment, floating debris and oil at the source. It also provides a bypass to accommodate peak flows. For availability and ease of installation, this product is equipped with recessed panels on all sides that can be removed for pipe penetrations. The inside width is 2’-2” and the inside depth is 5’-7” from pavement surface to invert.
