- In July of 2005, after being with Oldcastle Precast for the past eleven years, Richard and John Rotondo have started their own business, Rotondo Environmental Solutions, LLC. Rotondo Environmental Solutions is a start-up company, located in northern Virginia, which specializes in the sale and design of environmental stormwater-management solutions. These solutions will be structural BMP's (Best Management Practice's) constructed of precast concrete structures. The structural components will be manufactured by independent manufacturing companies and sold to Rotondo Environmental Solutions, who will then sell these components as an environmental system to contractors and developers.
